Go ahead. Dream a little. Think what it would be like to build your own place in the mountains. Build a log cabin. Build a tiny house. (They are the "in thing" right now). Use it for year round living or just for a place to go to beat the heat on weekends. Take advantage of everything our forest, lakes and streams have to offer. This is one of the few lots up here that has water already, (and you know that can be a major hurdle for anyone wanting to build). Angelus Oaks is located under 20 miles from Redlands/Yucaipa and we enjoy all four seasons up here. Buyer to check with Glen Martin Mutual Water Company for any questions regarding the water and follow all applicable building codes.
Admit it! At one time or another, a lot of us have dreamed about building a mountain cabin. We have bought log cabin magazines while waiting in line at the grocery store. We get these peaceful, log cabin pictures showing up on Facebook and it does not matter if they are summer or winter pictures, it strikes a longing in a lot of us for that kind of life. I have news for you. It can be a reality, especially with this property. We feel it is priced to leave you with plenty left over to build that home that you are thinking about. I would call this property a slight downslope from the paved road, (you will have to see and judge for yourself), and there are only not that many vacant lots on this side of the street. Certainly, not ones that are for sale. Currently, there are no utilities on this property. Angelus Oaks is only a hop, skip, and a jump from "civilization". It is about twelve miles to Yucaipa and only a few more miles to Redlands. Whether you are looking for a place to live year round, or are just wanting a "get away from the city" kind of place, think about building here and becoming part of our mountain community.
